Built by Martí Enrich i Llop. The old tannery with an entrance on Calle del Sol was designed in 1919 by the modernist architect Josep Pausas i Coll. In 1956-57 the factory was extended with an elegant, exposed brick building designed by the architects Joaquim Lloret i Homs and J. M. Lloret Mombrú (entered via the patio on Calle Sant Faust).
