It is a series of different buildings and a large patio with modernist features. The building on Calle del Sol, assigned to administration, has a ground and first floor. The façade combines elements made from large, irregular stones, with a pointed arch entrance made with exposed brick and stone. The wrought ironwork of the fence that crowns the façade is outstanding. On the two buildings that face the irrigation canal, although simpler than the building on Calle del Sol, the exposed brick decorations are another outstanding feature. The tallest building, housing the transformer, also shows the simplicity of the buildings facing the irrigation canal. It mainly stands out for the adornments in the openings of the portholes, which are also made from brick. It is considered a Site with Elements of Interest (BEI in Catalan).
